Need to Return Equipment?
To return equipment, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
support@sportgame.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Unit number or Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
